So, I'm out walkin my dog the other day, makin sure as shit that she gets them poops out, and lo and behold around the corner from my house, literally on the same block that I live on, I stumble upon this:

It's custom Reason tape, wrapped around a light post! Who did this? Is Reason stalking me? Are they my neighbors? Alls I can say really is that I am flummoxed by this discovery. I need to know....what's the reason?!?!!
